      Really a very nice ball gag. It is small enough so I can easily put it in for extended periods of time without it feeling uncomfortable on my jaw.

      The material is very soft silicone, which really makes it feel a lot nicer than standard PVC balls. It has no breathing holes so keep that in mind, especially if you have a small mouth so you can't breathe "past" it as easily.
