      Pros:
      + Good quality
      + Sits snug and does not cut/pull
      + Can take a fair amount of pulling
      + Ankle straps come with a connection piece.
      + Because of the somewhat smaller size also usable as handcuffs

      Cons:
      - Only a few holes on the belt, this makes it less adjustable
      - May be too small for really big ankles.
      (The strap is long enough but the internal cushion is not)

      Price-quality ratio is top notch. Feels nice and soft, so it is also comfortable for a long time. Closures are different than normal but surprisingly stay in place. For people with somewhat thicker ankles, I don't recommend it because they come up small.
      Hook that comes with it I personally didn't find very interesting so I bought another loose one separately that I also recommend doing. Otherwise a great product.
