      This is our 3rd balloon unfortunately this is the worst (the other 2 were very good)
      You get it delivered in a box, it's kind of a do it yourself package, hose is too hard so it kinks in the box.
      During use, the balloon is too loose and the top is flat, making insertion very difficult.
      Conclusion: poor quality material and ergonomic, not recommended.
