Ordered this, it was delivered on Sunday, which was really nice. When I'd put the batteries in it, I immediately found out that the different settings didn't work. So I messaged customer service and they apologized and said they were going to send a new one. It arrived, and again, the different settings didn't work. Contacted customer service again, but this time I chose to get a refund. So it does work, just with 1 setting. It still does a great job but it's a shame that I can't use the different settings... How did the item arrive

The silicone vibrator comes in a neat, plain cardboard box, as we've come to expect from Easytoys. Well packaged and completely unrecognizable to the neighbors. The box can be thrown out and you are left with a sleek box with a window at the front so that you can already see the contents. The functions and other details are described on the back of the box. Everything is well done, clear and organized.

Technical specifications

The vibrator runs on 2 AA batteries that are not included, so remember that when you place your order. The bottom can be unscrewed so that you can insert the batteries. A rubber gasket keeps water out. The batteries fit exactly in the compartment, so they don't rattle around inside. The silicone material is soft and "cuddly", so not sticky rubber like some are made of. It feels more expensive than it is, very nice. Operating it is very simple. 1 button on the bottom (on the battery cap) operates everything. The intensity of the first three settings increases from soft vibrations to very hard.
