The 6 cups are all different sizes. The inside diameters in millimeters are: 23, 25, 34, 41, 50 & 57.
The largest 4 have an "acupressure point" inside (the red and blue things) which you can take out and then swap. Maybe this is something for cupping massage but I don't think most here will use it for that.
Dry the cups don't seal great, in places on the skin where there are lines or hair it easily leaks past. So testing on your hand doesn't work so well, but on other places that are a little damp (or made damp) it works fine.
You easily connect the pump to the cups, place the cup where you want it and pump it up. Then you do have to be a little careful to loosen the pump from the cup because the connection between cup and pump is usually better than between the skin and cup. A hose to the pump would have been a lot more user friendly but some experience with it helps too.
There is a small yellow valve on the cup and if you pull on it, the cup comes off immediately.
There is a spring in the pump for proper operation and because of that it does pump a little heavy, but not too much. The handle can roll which I myself find not so convenient, but it is not a nuisance. Again, perhaps this is meant to be used during a massage.
With me, there was a piece of the rubber on the pump in that rubber. If that gets into the pump section it might cause problems so I would check that. You can open up the pump so should that happen you'll have it fixed in no time.
