      I found it too heavy for my genitals myself, but my shoulders and neck are eternally grateful that I bought this thing. Have far fewer headaches, and that's without physical therapy.
      It does make quite a bit of noise on the higher settings, but I always use the first setting only because that vibrates quite strong already.
      In short, not a recommendation.
