      No instructions in the box on how to use it, had to google it. Other than that it's great, I've been wearing it for a week straight and it's not uncomfortable. Easy to keep clean with all the vents.

      Yes, it fits nicely but I ran into a little problem myself and it has to do with the openings running from the middle all the way down. When the penis gets bigger it touches the edges of the openings and that doesn't feel comfortable. If the openings had been closed it would have been an excellent product.
