      This nice mouth gag is nicely designed, fits great and does what it promises. The only thing to keep in mind with this product is that the ball is made of plastic or something and therefore hard and in the long run it will cause a lot of pain in your mouth. (but then again it's not pain + pleasure for nothing isn't it).
