      The sleeve is made of soft material. The ribbing on the sleeve is very noticeable. The sleeve is quite thick, with a circumference of 17cm at the thickest part. Putting it on was pretty easy, maybe too easy, partly because I'm a bit thinner than average and it was a good thing there was a bit that you could put on your balls, otherwise it would have slipped off for sure. Someone with an average thickness penis will probably not have problems with slippage. My wife thought it was a lovely sleeve and the proper girth was no problem at all. But she did note that the ribbing was very noticeable. Because she was very wet it was quite a nice feeling. If there were a smooth version, the we would like to try that too.
