      Yes and no.
      Advantage: it is a nice vibrator cover in terms of shape and can be used with your finger as intended. The vibrator itself is small and the sleeve fits around it but you can also use it without the finger sleeve. The design is also beautiful.
      Disadvantage: It works but I don't think it's as great as my other toys. The disadvantage I find is in the fact that the green finger cover must be slid around the bullet vibrator (they are two different parts) you need lubricant for this and even then the cover is sometimes very tight and it is difficult to get the bullet vibrator out again / the cover off. Also, I find the settings very loud and you can hear it a lot.

      All in all, nice for variety but I prefer my other toys to these.
