      Pipedream is a good manufacturer and delivers quality stuff. However, this sleeve is far from perfect. Similar sleeves have the 'insert' built-in, I don't quite understand why this one is optional to remove and insert. Due to the weight of the insert, the sleeve tends to bend at the point where the penis ends and the 'attachment' begins.

      Also, the ballstrap is quite loose. It easily slips off when your balls retract a bit close to your body (it can get pretty cold in the Netherlands sometimes...). It's best to tighten your balls with a separate ballstrap and then put the sleeve's ballstrap around them.

      The material is labeled as "silicone" by the manufacturer, but the Chinese often take liberties with product specs' accuracy. "Real" silicone sleeves are a niche product and much more expensive (around 200 dollars). In reality, I believe this is TPE. It's much softer than many other sleeves made of PVC. On the other hand, PVC sleeves have a much tighter ballstrap, but if you solve that issue (see above), then a TPE sleeve is softer and more comfortable.

      The size is large but not ridiculous. I would recommend this as a second step once the recipient is accustomed to the idea that their partner suddenly has a larger device. Don't start with this, as it could deter your partner. Length from the pubic bone is approximately 19 cm, thickness 5 cm.
