      What is an intimate shower?

      An intimate shower cleans the inside of the vagina and / or the anus with the aim of making sex more pleasant and hygienic . An intimate shower consists of a reservoir or water hose and a narrow hollow shaft. This shaft is inserted anally or vaginally and injects water into the vagina or anus. In this way, the inside is rinsed and cleaned well.

      Who is it for?

      The intimate showers in this category are intended for women, but they can also be used by men if they are inserted anally . Intimate showers are ideal for enemas (colon cleansing) enthusiasts and anyone looking for extra hygiene during sex.

      What different models are there?

      A number of different intimate showers can be distinguished. For example, there is a difference in the way an intimate shower is used. There are models with a squeeze ball, a hose and a syringe . The versions with a squeeze ball are the easiest to use. The ball is filled with water, after which you can squeeze it to let the water squirt out of the inserted part. There is also an intimate shower that resembles an IV, with a bag that you attach to a door, the ceiling or the like with a hook. Due to the pressure in the bag, the water goes down through the hose and squirts out at the end. The variants with a hose can be connected to the shower. You turn on the shower's faucet and instead of the water coming out of the shower head, it is directed through the intimate shower.       With squeeze ball

      For anal use, go to the toilet first, so that most of the stool is out of your intestines. Remove the squeeze ball from the part you need to insert (if possible), fill it with lukewarm water and gently attach it to the nozzle. Apply enough lubricant to the shaft and insert it slowly. Then squeeze the ball until the reservoir is empty. Keep the water in by contracting your muscles, remove the intimate shower and sit on the toilet. Then let all the water run into the toilet.

      With shower connection

      If you want to use the intimate shower anally, go to the toilet first to get as much stool out of your bowels as possible. Connect the toy to your shower and make sure it doesn't leak or come loose. Then insert the other end with enough lubricant and turn on the tap slowly. The water should not be too hot or too cold! If the intimate shower has a reservoir, you can carefully squeeze it empty (see the heading above “with squeeze ball”. With the other variants you can leave the tap on and regulate the pressure yourself by turning the tap harder or softer.

      With syringe

      This model is used in the same way as an intimate shower with squeeze ball (see above). The only difference is that the water is injected into the anus or vagina by pushing up the bottom of the syringe.
